Caregivers & their preschoolers experience the winter woods together in this 4 session series. Join Jen for a guided journey into a natural forest setting with your wee ones. Interactive sensory activities for both parents and kids will vary week to week.

About the event
We will combine some short walks, snow play, circle sharing time and 'Forest Friends picnic' at each session.
Songs, stories and sharing (within Toddler's attention spans), will be interspersed with lots of movement and sensory activities. A chance to 'turn take' with other caregivers over the 4 weeks, for a short section of the morning, will offer opportunities to engage in adult 'Forest Therapy' invitations if desired.
